REQUEST FOR QUOTATIONS
FIRST YEAR (PILOT) INDEPENDENT REVIEW
PROJECT MANAGEMENT TRAINING FOR THE SAMOAN PUBLIC SECTOR PHASE 2 PROJECT

The Public Sector Improvement Facility (PSIF) of the Ministry of the Prime Minister & Cabinet, hereinafter the Procuring Entity, intends to procure the services of a Consultant to conduct a review of the Project Management Training for the Samoan Public Sector Phase 2 Project.            

The PSIF invites experienced Consultants to submit sealed quotation proposals for the implementation of this First Year (Pilot) Independent Review.  The selection process will be in accordance with the Government of Samoa’s Tender Board Guidelines for Government Procurement and Contracting and the selection criteria details as outlined in the Request for Quotation (RFQ) Package.

RFQ’s must be couriered or hand delivered no later than 1330 hours on Monday 8 February 2010. Applications must be submitted to:

Quotations will not be accepted by fax or email. Quotations submitted after the closing time and date will be deemed to be late and will NOT be accepted.

This project is being funded through the Samoa Public Sector Improvement Facility.
